Initiating a return
1. Submit a return request
Submit a Return Request no later than 25 days from your delivery date below:
2. Receive A Return Authorization
A copy of the Return Authorization must be printed and placed inside the box with your returned tile, otherwise your return will not be accepted.
3. Ship Your Package
Ship your package within 7 calendar days from the date your return authorization is generated.
The safest way to send material back is usually the same way as we shipped it to you. If we shipped your order by freight it is because it will break if shipped ground. Field tiles must be returned by freight on a pallet. You must insure your return shipment for the total value of the contents and collect a shipment receipt with a tracking number from the shipping carrier. You are responsible for all return costs.
4. Refund Issued
Once Tile Topic receives your return and inspects it, you will be issued a refund within 7-10 business days based on the original form of payment. If you do not see the refund on your payment method, please check with your bank or credit card issuer as they may not show refunds on your statement immediately.
