Shipping Information
We ship tiles anywhere serviced by USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and LTL carriers. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other countries, please contact us for a custom freight quote. In-stock tile samples ship within 2 business days from our Toronto warehouse.
Standard shipping orders use LTL curb-side delivery. The trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and timeframe. Orders will ship once all tiles are in stock at our warehouse.
Local customers can save on shipping costs with free pick-up from one of our warehouses. Please note that stock tiles may need 1–3 weeks for transfer from auxiliary warehouses to the warehouse closest to your pick-up location. Sample Orders
Order up to 2 samples per order through the “Order a Sample” button on each tile page. The first 5 samples are complimentary, and additional samples are $5 each. Shipping is $20 for every 2 samples shipped, and orders typically ship within 3–5 business days via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Special order tile samples are limited to 1 per customer due to availability and may require lead times matching the production schedule listed on each product page.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, ensure that all your materials—substrate, tile, thinset, and grout—are compatible. Inspect all materials before starting your project. Perform a dry lay or mockup to confirm the layout, grout joint size, and overall look to meet your expectations.
